Customer Service & Technical Questions

Please contact Bill Schimmel at for any questions relating to upgrading the performance of your car or for product information. When emailing, PLEASE phrase your questions to be a specific as possible and include all relevant specs and needs (year, make, model, mods done, driving street, rally, road-race, drag-race, etc.) If you would rather talk to Bill over the phone, email or call 215-674-1046 and leave a message with your name, phone number, needs and the best time to call you back.


We strive to keep ample inventory on hand but occasionally due to high demand we will run into a backorder situation. Customers will be notified within 48 hours if there is a back order status. Backorders are automatically shipped when product is available unless cancelled by customer. Some orders may be drop shipped from the manufacturer.

Errors and Omissions

Schimmel Performance LLC shall not be responsible for errors or omissions on product information, pricing or website content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders.

International Customers

Our shopping cart is not setup at this time to accept international orders. Please contact us via email at with your order, complete shipping address, telephone contact and preferred shipping carrier. Upon receiving your order we will contact you with your order total with shipping & handling charges and payment method. A bank wire transfer is required for orders over $500. Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and brokerage fees. Please be aware of your country's customs fees and regulations. We are not responsible for delays in customs. Payment must be made in US funds and include any intermediate bank fees. We apologize in advance that we are not able to reduce your order's value in order to lower your customs fees as we are required to obtain the proper insurance coverage on your order.

Legality / Disclaimers

Most performance parts are intended for "off-highway" use and could adversely affect the vehicle manufacturer's warranty. Due to the intended usage of the performance parts, they are sold WITHOUT warranty. Some parts may legally be used only on a racing vehicle which will never be operated on public roads. Please check with your state and local laws before installing these performance parts on vehicles intended for use on public roads. Customer fully understands and warrants that he or she fully accepts the legal responsibility for any and all parts purchased. Schimmel Performance LLC is not responsible for any injuries, property damage and losses or legal issues arising from the use of the parts we sell. Customer assumes all risks.

Order Cancellation

Please email us at or call us promptly at 215-674-1046 with any order cancellation. Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled once in production. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Order Processing

We try to ship out most orders within 48 hours. Shipping and delivery may be subject to delays but we will do everything we can to keep you updated on the status of your order. Please contact us at should you have any questions or problems on your order.

*We will only ship to the billing address on file for credit cards and PayPal. Please contact your credit card company or PayPal should you wish to add an additional address to your account before placing your order.
*International orders over $500 require a bank wire transfer.

All items will be invoiced at the current price upon shipping. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for any pricing errors and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders.


Schimmel Performance LLC only collects required information to process your order. Your information will not be sold, shared or disclosed with third parties unless we need to drop ship your order directly from the manufacturer. This website uses "cookies" to ensure the proper function of our shopping cart.


No returns will be accepted after 21 days of receiving order. All returns must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original packaging. Customers must contact Schimmel Performance LLC via email at for authorization prior to returning product. Customer must return product with a traceable method of shipping, sufficient insurance coverage and prepaid with a copy of original invoice. Email us for a copy of your invoice if necessary. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. There are no returns on special/custom orders, purchased used parts or electrical parts.

Sales Tax

Pennsylvania residents are required to pay 6% state sales tax on any taxable items. Pennsylvania dealers with an Exemption Certificate on file with us will be exempt. Out of state residents are exempt.


We ship by traceable methods such as UPS, FedEx, USPS Global Express, etc. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order. Please report all shipping damages within 24 hours to the shipping carrier in order to establish a claim. Keep all shipping material, boxes, etc. until shipping carrier has confirmed damage. Please report any shortage or incorrect parts to us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% handling charge in additional to shipping charges.

Special/Custom Orders

We require a 50% deposit on all special/custom orders. Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled once in production. Special/custom orders are not returnable or refundable. We cannot be held responsible for delays in manufacturing of special/custom orders. Estimates may be given but we cannot guarantee or control manufacturing process time.
